The view from my room was stunning, I could see the city skyline and the Han river. The fitness center was impressive, they offered free gym clothes and shoes, and plenty of refrigerated water. The customer service was amazing, the staff was kind and helpful, they even went out of their way to upgrade my room. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained.
The hotel was located a bit far from the main shopping areas and subway stations, which made it inconvenient to get around. The breakfast buffet was just average compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the past.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The room was spacious and luxurious, with plenty of storage space and a beautiful bathroom. We especially loved the free daily snacks and wine in our room! The hotel facilities, including the gym, sauna, and changing rooms, were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. Lastly, the breakfast was exceptional, with high-quality ingredients and lots of delicious options to choose from.
All good! We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay with no complaints.

It's in a convenient area with plenty of amenities nearby. Decor is pleasing to the eye and rooms are spacious with impressive bathrooms. Customer service is brilliant with friendly and efficient staff. Buffet breakfast is top-notch with high-quality ingredients.
The hotel is quite far from the popular tourist hotspots.

The views from the room were fantastic and the room itself was very spacious, which was great. the staff were kind and helpful, and the service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the convenient facilities and restaurants located in the hotel.
The location was a bit far from the main attractions and shopping areas, which made it difficult to explore the area. the buffet breakfast wasn't great, although the coffee was good.

This hotel is truly luxurious. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities like an air dresser, making it truly enjoyable. the buffet breakfast was exceptional, offering top-class ingredients. the daily snacks and wine in the room were a nice touch, as well as the beautiful bathroom.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the lifts were a bit inconvenient, taking us double the time to get to the ground floor. this did not detract from our enjoyable experience.

My recent stay at Josun Palace was truly delightful. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious, with a stunning view of N Tower and the Han River. The gym and swimming pool were excellent, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Despite being in a business district, the location was convenient, and I had no issues taking taxis to explore the city. The highlight of my stay was the friendly and accommodating staff, who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend Josun Palace for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.
